At the very first meeting of the Broadband Forum, formerly the DSL Forum, topics on the agenda included the future of fixed-mobile convergence (FMC), the role of Internet Protocol (IP) version 6 (IPv6), fiber architecture work and the successful deployment ofIPTV over DSL.
