Hitachi Offers a New Middle Class Gigabit Switch That Supports IPv6

Hitachi announced on February 19 that it would start selling a new IPv6-enabled midrange class gigabit switch “GS 3000 series”.
GS 3000 series are L3 switches for the LAN backbone. With the same reliability and high functionality of GS 4000 series, the new switches are priced at less than a half the price, the company says.
