This document provides simple guidelines for Service Providers in order to facilitate the understanding of the correct assignment/allocation of IPv6 addresses/prefixes to customers.

It summarizes the information contained in the different documents (IETF, RIRs policies, etc.), regarding the practices for the delegation of IPv6 prefixes/addresses from ISPs to end Customers.

The document is available at the EU IPv6 Task Force site.
