Alcatel-Lucent today announced that Shanghai Telecom, a subsidiary of China Telecom has deployed it's VitalQIP DHCP & IP Address Management software for the carrier's IPTV service, which is the largest in mainland China. The contract was won by Alcatel Shanghai Bell, Alcatel-Lucent's flagship company in China. | ||
