IPv6 Summit, Inc., a subsidiary of Innofone.com, Inc., announced today that the upcoming Federal IPv6 Summit in Reston, VA from May 17-19 will feature a panel of crisis response experts that will discuss how the New Internet can enable first responders -- law enforcement agencies, firefighters, federal agents, National Guard units -- to finally all communicate with each other, something they were unable to do during 9/11 and after Hurricane Katrina.
