The deadline to move to Internet Protocol version 6 may be more than two years away, but agencies already are getting in line for IPv6 addresses. Several agencies already have contacted the Commerce Department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration to sign up, said Carol Bales, a senior policy analyst at the Office of Management and Budget. |
