The current Internet obsolete? Already? Well, no, but a new version, with the inelegant name IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6), is starting to get serious attention. The Department of Defense uses it, the European Union is trying it. China, Japan and South Korea are clamoring for a worldwide upgrade. |
